Well, first and foremost the amount of care and attention I was given by Kristina was impeccable. I don’t really know how to navigate through the internet very well as I prefer old school methods however, she guided me through the whole process and if I called her for questions, she was so kind and understanding even if she had already showed me one time. I can’t say enough about Burd. The process was made easy and I’ve actually never been treated with availability and such respect.
