Who is PPL?

New York State has named Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) as the new state-wide fiscal intermediary for CDPAP. Since April 1, 2025, all CDPAP participants are required to work with PPL.


As a fiscal intermediary, PPL handles payroll, benefits, and administrative services so families can focus on home care.
