We are proud to announce that Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine has ranked BURD Home Health #62 on the 2026 Fortune Best Small Workplaces™ List. Being on the Top 100 List means we are one of the best companies to work for in the United States.
Great Place To Work surveyed more than 30,000 employees from companies with 10-99 employees. They answered questions about work culture, leadership, and opportunities at their workplace, and we are ranked based on our employees' responses.
"Thank you to our employees!" said Adam Burdick, CEO "There's really no better feeling than working hard at accomplishing something and really wanting your employees to feel valued and appreciated. Then, for them to say that they feel the same way about us as a business, that they see what we're trying to do for them, and that they appreciate it. I'm really thankful and really grateful."
Great Place To Work Certifications and the Future
In 2025, BURD Home Health was also ranked 33rd on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Healthcare™ in the United States. We have been Great Place To Work Certified for 4 years now and have been on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Healthcare™ List three years in a row. We’re not just one of the best in health care; we are also one of the best small businesses!
Adam shared his perspective on what he hopes BURD Home Health will preserve as the company grows, "The one thing that I want us to all always have in front of us is our purpose and our purpose is to help as many families as we can." We are grateful to everyone, our teams and leaders who are dedicated and motivated in their work that impacts thousands of families. We hope to preserve and strengthen our workplace culture while continuing to make home health care programs accessible and empowering them to take control of their care.
