About Springfield Community Choice Awards

Springfield News-Leader organizes Community's Choice Awards, which is an annual celebration of Ozark's best where community members nominate and vote for their favorite businesses. In May 2026, people submitted businesses and organizations in over 115 categories to be considered for the recognition. After nominations, voting began in July where the public could vote for their favorite. On 27th September, based on the votes of the Springfield's community over 345 business and organizations were recognized in their categories.
